Heard it is cheap, fun and, well, under a new management that may not look be too sympathetic to certain requests and people from Singapore.
My next suggestion is Cayman Island.

It seems to me accroding to para 22.c., anyone critising the Singapore Government or any of the statutory boards are libel as long as LKY is alive.
