Lee Hsien Loong Wins A New International Award

One might have thought that the award was just a joke. But apparently not. This is the London-based organisation that gave PM Lee the award.

    This seems to be a conservative think-tank. Roger Scruton is a well-known conservative academic and commentator, and he's one of their flacks.
