The Talented Mr Wang Zhen
No doubt deeply inspired by Mr Wang's musings on the government scholarship system, the blogger Heavenly Sword has written a little essay on the meaning of talent in the Singapore context. It is an interesting post - Mr Wang highly recommends it.
